All other times by arrangement. Contact for special hours. Special tours for visitors and school groups may be scheduled at other times. When the Lonesome Pine School and Heritage Center is closed prospective visitors may contact the Big Stone Gap Visitor Center at 276-523-2303.

Accessibility

The center is routinely used as a meeting place where school, community or family reunions take place. Community groups may use the center during staffed hours in planning these events. Training sessions may be scheduled to effectively use materials in the vast center collection.
